 Team Building

Why is team building important?

In any organisation, a close-knit team is a key to success. Sports coaches often incite teams to work and play together to create a winning team.

The objective of any team-building activity is to build a more robust team of employees. Improve the relationship among employees and better bonding. This will lead to better motivation among employees, better productivity and collaboration.

At Talent Coach Asia, our team building activities do not only create a collaborative team, we help your employees to shift their mindset towards making your dream team.

Using NLP technologies, the tools and techniques of NLP, to help employees shed the limiting belief and the "baggage" that they carry to work. Create long-lasting and permanent motivation and achieve the team objectives.

WHAT IS NLP TEAM BUILDING?

NLP team-building focuses on exploring different characters and personalities at work. Employees spend a lot of time with each other at work and often enough, they spend time working and do not spend time interacting with each other at a more personal level.

Utilising these different personalities, teams get together to create the dream team, fitting the right person for the right job.

A few days off from your regular workplace or switching back to physical work after a long lockdown. Either way, it is essential to create a team with the right mindset.

What are the activities like?

Our team building sessions consist of balanced indoor and outdoor activities.

Indoor activities will consist of a range of selectable activities depending on the organisation's objective, challenges and the specific needs of the organisation. Such activities are personality profiling, strategy implementation, empathy, goal setting, peer coaching and many more.

Our outdoor activities are designed for fun, practical and experiential learning. Such as fun games, team challenges, team coordination, puzzles and role-plays.
